How can I contact MM-SEAS about my Expert Access membership?

If you need help with your MM-SEAS Expert Access membership or have questions about your USCG license application, MM-SEAS offers several ways to connect with their support team.

Use the In-Platform Help Icons

When logged into your MM-SEAS account, look for the blue "?" icons located throughout the platform. You can click "I couldn't find my answer" from here. 

Clicking on these icons will provide helpful guidance or connect you to MM-SEAS support.

Additionally, you will see an orange HELP button on the left panel.

Mariners Learning System students have an exclusive direct phone support line to the MM-SEAS team! However, you MUST activate your MM-SEAS Expert Access through our Course Locker for it to be available. Read over this article to learn how to activate your 2-year membership. 

Once activated, you will see the phone number display on the Course Locker below MM-SEAS Expert Access.
