Activate your PRO membership inside your Course Locker to access White Glove Service. We provide two years of free service, so you can use it while you are taking your course and for a year after you earn your course certificate.
Are there additional costs?
Mariners always have the option to submit their application independently. However, for those seeking a stress-free MMC application, the MM-SEAS team of credentialing experts will meticulously review the application, track it from start to finish, and handle all communication with the Coast Guard for $349 (including Coast Guard fees).
What if I need help before passing my exam?
You can still access general support and mentorship through MM-SEAS PRO at any stage of your course.
Is there a time limit on this service?
Your Mariners White Glove Service and MM-SEAS PRO membership are free for two years from activation. After two years, your MM-SEAS PRO will downgrade to MM-SEAS Free, but your account and all information will still be there for your next upgrade or renewal.
