Regain Student Course Locker Access: Step-by-Step Guide to Resetting Your Mariners Learning System Password

If you’re having trouble signing in, follow the steps below to reset your Course Locker password and regain access to your account.

How do I reset my Course Locker password? 

1. Go to the Course Locker

2. Click “Forgot Your Password?”

3. Enter your email address, then click “Forgot Password”

4. You will see a green message stating:

   “If there is an account associated with [your email], you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.”

5. Open your email inbox and look for a message titled “Reset Your Password for Mariners Learning System.”

   • Click “Set a New Password” in the email

   • If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check the following folders:

     • Junk/Spam

     • Gmail Social or Promotions folders

6. Type and re-type your new password

7. Click “Reset Password”

8. You will be redirected to the Customer Login page

9. Delete any pre-filled information and manually enter your new login credentials
